MoodLogic and Emotive software

MoodLogic

I have looked at emotive software before, especially when working in the library domain. Emotive software is software that reflects or reacts to emotion, so in the case of a library, how you feel would effect the type of book you would want to read.

In finance things are a little different, but whether we like it or not we still make decisions based on our emotions. Plus money can be a very emotive subject, especially when we don't have enough of it.

Brands can also be emotive, it is often hard explain why we show preference to one brand over another but it can be the defining factor when two items are otherwise indistinguishable.

So can you harness the emotive strength of a brand and also find a way to engage customers to help them deal with the negative emotions of debt?
